1. Acceptance of Terms

By authorizing and installing the OnlineFlyers The Merchant Loop application or accessing services hosted at app.onlineflyers.io, you ("Merchant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between you and OnlineFlyers Inc.

2. Description of Service

The Application provides promotional discovery, automated product catalog indexing, and syndication tools designed to drive shopper traffic to the Merchant's native Shopify checkout page. OnlineFlyers Inc. operates as a promotional channel and does not process direct payments or collect checkout funds on behalf of Merchants.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

• Pricing Accuracy: Merchants maintain sole responsibility for ensuring product pricing, discount rates, and availability published on their store match synced data.
• Prohibited Content: Merchants shall not publish products infringing upon third-party IP or violating Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.
• Feed Management: OnlineFlyers Inc. reserves the right to unindex listings or profiles violating safety, quality, or legal standards.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand License

You retain all ownership of your store trademarks, logos, and product listings. By installing the Application, you grant OnlineFlyers Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, index, and syndicate your public store assets solely for delivering promotional discovery services.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ONLINEFLYERS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
